about me

This wasn't a pivot.

Before ZYNC Forward, I spent seven years in the cruise industry. Not just behind the bar, but running bar department operations across international ships. That meant producing financial reports, beverage package analyses, and closing documents that ended up on the desks of F&B and Finance Directors. Accuracy wasn't optional. Neither was meeting deadlines in the middle of the Pacific.

It was a plan.

When I stepped off the ship, I didn't stumble into freelancing. I took an intentional break to learn the things I actually wanted to build a career around such as web design, Figma, Procreate, and Spanish. And then I went deeper: into email marketing, Klaviyo, and the mechanics of how e-commerce brands grow their revenue through their inboxes.

ZYNC Forward is the result of that investment. I'm Klaviyo Product Certified, specialized in automation flows and email strategy for e-commerce brands, and genuinely obsessed with the kind of detail-oriented work that makes the difference between an email that converts and one that gets ignored.

ZYNC Forward has always been about working with the intention of thoughtful systems, proactive processes, and results that don't need to be chased. That's still the standard. It's just fully focused now.
